Refund Policy
We want billing issues handled clearly and fairly. Haybu Premium payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
1. Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error, the service was materially unavailable, or there is another legitimate billing problem, please request a refund as soon as possible. Requests made within 14 days of the relevant charge receive prompt review, subject to applicable law, fraud or abuse concerns, and the circumstances of the request.
2. Renewals and cancellation
Haybu Premium renews automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for time already purchased. Premium access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless a refund or legal requirement changes that access.
3. How to request a refund
Use the customer-support or refund link provided in your Paddle receipt or Paddle billing portal. You may also contact Haybu through the contact information made available in the service or through AYO Graphic Design Studio at rexdesigner.com. Include the email used for purchase and enough transaction information to identify the charge; do not send full card details.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where applicable law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights control.
5. Abuse and fraud
We may decline requests that reasonably appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with applicable law. Payment disputes and chargebacks may also be handled through Paddle and the relevant payment network.
