Terms of Service

1. The service

Haybu provides AI-assisted reflections, Life Map memory, manifestation tracking, Future Self planning, journaling-style tools, and related features. Haybu is designed for reflection, personal growth, and entertainment. It does not claim to predict the future.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You retain ownership of the personal content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content to operate, secure, improve, and provide Haybu to you.

You must not use Haybu to violate law, infringe rights, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

3. AI-generated content

AI-generated reflections may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Decisions remain your responsibility, and important decisions should be checked with a qualified professional when appropriate.

4. Premium subscriptions

Haybu Premium is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices and included features are shown on the Pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Paid transactions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. You may cancel through the Paddle customer portal. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, Paddle's payment process, and applicable consumer law.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, or modify features to maintain or improve Haybu. We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Account termination

You may stop using Haybu at any time. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your Haybu account so future billing cannot continue. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms or abuse of the service.

8. Liability and warranties

Haybu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee particular personal outcomes, manifestation results, or the accuracy of AI-generated material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Operator and contact

Haybu is operated by AYO Graphic Design Studio in the Philippines. For product or account support, use the contact information made available through Haybu or the operator's website at rexdesigner.com. For payment-related matters, you may also use the support links provided in your Paddle receipt or billing portal.
